Presentation Types


General Session
A keynote presentation, panel discussion or other highly focused

presentation on recruiting/talent acquisition.

(Duration: 75 minutes)


Pre-session workshops offer a deeper dive into recruiting issues, such as sourcing, analytics, or talent strategy. These sessions run the day before the conference begins. One round of sessions in morning; one round of sessions in afternoon.

Duration: 3 hours.)


Sessions covering specific workplace challenges related to recruiting/talent-acquisition. Can be presented as panel discussions, lectures or roundtable discussions. Should include time for attendees to ask questions.

(Duration: 60 minutes)


Ideas & Innovators
Presentations focusing on disruptive ideas and innovations changing recruiting and sourcing landscape. The session uses the Ignite presentation format (each presenter has 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds for a total of just five minutes).
