Industry experts and senior executive HR practitioners are invited to submit proposals for presentation at Human Resource Executive's® Annual HR Technology® Conference & Exposition, which will be held September 28 - October 1, 2021.
We invite you to submit proposals for consideration on any subject that will help today’s HR and IT professionals leverage technology to make their organizations more successful in the modern workplace. New technologies, innovative management practices, workforce issues (including remote), compliance, “best practice” case studies, HR transformation, employee engagement and experience, people analytics, talent management and acquisition, HR service delivery, total rewards, and discussions of new innovations and ones on the horizon are all topics of interest to the conference’s audience.
Proposals submitted by HR technology solution providers are strongly encouraged to include your CEO (or head of products at larger companies) and a VP-level or CHR0-titled customer representative and/or an industry thought leader as co-presenter. Proposals from HR technology solution providers without a client or industry thought leader as a co-presenter are NOT be likely to be considered. In addition, all corporate approvals to speak must be secured before submitting a proposal.
Individuals chosen to speak at the HR Tech Conference—which is the world’s largest event dedicated to HR technology—will have the opportunity to share their expertise with professionals committed to finding the most innovative solutions for their organizations. Solution providers chosen to present will be asked to partner with us in attracting additional practitioners to their sessions and to the entire event.
A keynote presentation, panel discussion or other highly focused presentation on strategic technology topics suitable for all HR executives and professionals. These sessions are intended to be solution-provider neutral and speak to the broad HR community.
(Duration: 60-70 minutes)
These sessions are designed to allow HR tech industry experts, VP and/or CHRO level executives, or expert panels to examine innovative or emerging topics in HR, the workplace, and HR technology. The topics should have broad interest for the HR technology community and represent the leading thinking in our industry.
(Duration: 60 – 75 minutes).
Sessions covering specific workplace challenges related to HR technology. These can be presented as panel discussions, lectures, workshops or roundtable discussions. Presenters should strive to make as interactive and engaging as possible for the attendees. Should include time for attendees to ask questions.
(Duration: 45 - 60 minutes)
Practitioner Solution Session
These sessions are reserved for HR and HRIT practitioners eager to share their organization’s HR technology stories. Using a suggested format of “Problem Statement” à “Technology Selection” à“Outcomes and Lessons Learned”, these sessions are designed for HR practitioners to share their first-hand experiences with HR technology, and to help educate the HR community.
(Duration: 30 – 45 minutes)
Ideas & Innovators
These presentations focus on disruptive ideas and innovations changing the HR technology landscape. The session uses the Ignite presentation format (each presenter has 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds for a total of just 5 minutes). Ten to 12 speakers will be selected for this session.
