Now in its 12th year, HR in Hospitality continues its tradition of being the only event of its kind, serving HR professionals in the hospitality industry. Only here will you find the key decision makers interested in your products and services all in one place — HR, employment law and labor relations professionals in hospitality.
We invite you to submit proposals for consideration on topics that will deliver knowledge on HR management, employment law and labor relations topics as they specifically relate to HR professionals who work in the hospitality industry.
Topics of greatest interest are: How hospitality organizations and HR functions are evolving in the new economy; best practices in HR for the hospitality industry (domestic US or international), especially in recruitment and retention; talent management; employee engagement; organizational effectiveness; total rewards, employer branding; human capital strategy development and alignment; solving HR issues specific to hotels/resorts/casinos, restaurants, mid-market companies, and international hospitality organizations; and leading-edge advice on labor and employment law issues.
Preferred presentations will be aimed at advanced-level HR professionals and will actively engage attendees through discussion, Q&A, video and multi-media presentations and social media.
PowerPoint slides must be a part of your presentation. Other supplemental materials, such as articles, reports, and white papers are welcome, and your plans for such materials should be detailed in your proposal.
The deadline for submitting proposals is noon on Monday, May 29, 2017.
NOTE: With the high volume of submissions we receive, expect to be notified of the status of your submission by mid-August, 2017.
