EEO/ADR2 | Putting Your Best Foot Forward: EEO Refresher Training for Counselors and Investigators
EEO Counselors and Investigators are expected to understand the evolving EEO landscape and adjust their practices accordingly. This interactive and engaging workshop led by FDR all-stars Roslyn Brown and Oliver Allen will satisfy the annual 8-hour refresher training certification. It will cover new EEO case law and current issues, address attendee-generated topics, and also offer a learning environment of sharing best practices in EEO case processing, writing reports, interviewing witnesses, and gathering data. Additionally, new FDR speakers Garrison Birckett and Duanna Petrus will present a module on investigation techniques and best practices.
