Do I have to be Hispanic/Latin to attend? Not at all! The Latin Aerospace Industry Expo is open to all who would like to join us in celebrating the Latin culture and passion for aerospace and aviation.
When and where is the Expo being held? The 2024 Latin Aerospace Industry Expo will be held September 12th-14th, 2024 at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. 14100 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane Orlando, FL 32821
What should I wear to the Expo? The attire for each event is as follows: Townhall Meeting: Smart or Business Casual Expo: Business Casual or Business Formal for interviews/Meet & Greets Gala Dinner: Formal Community Day: Casual
Can I attend if I am not a pilot? Absolutely! The LPA Expo is open to all aviation and aerospace enthusiasts, students, and professionals.
Is membership included in the registration? Membership is not included with registration. Please visit latinopilot.org to become a member.
Are there dietary restriction accommodations? Yes! When registering for the event, there will be an area to note any dietary restrictions. Please fill this portion out when registering.
Is there a promo code or discount for the Expo? While there is no promo code or discount for the LPA Expo, there is an early bird discount available until July 15th, 2024. Register now!
How can I set up a Meet & Greet with a company? Update: All spots have been filled. You are more than welcome to talk to each company at their booth. Each company will be responsible for their Meet & Greets. Please contact the company directly to set up a potential Meet & Greet.
Can I get a refund if I am not able to attend? All sales are final. However, you can transfer your registration to another person. To do this, please contact events@latinopilot.org
