Overall Event Theme: Harmonize in Music City Education Program Theme: Excipients: The Heartbeat of Pharm Country – Powering Science, Drug Formulation, and Patient Safety Education Program Description: The education program will highlight the fundamental role excipients play in pharmaceutical drug delivery—from the earliest design stages through patient acceptance—while delving into evolving needs and innovative solutions across formulation, regulation, and supply chain.
The deadline for the general call for poster abstracts is February 13, 2026. Sponsored poster abstracts will be accepted through March 27, 2026. Submissions will be reviewed by the Excipient World conference planning committee and selected based on relevance, originality/timeliness, quality/quantity of scientific data, and speaker qualifications.
Posters should highlight research and new discoveries in topics relevant to excipient technology and drug application including preliminary results, completed studies, summaries of relevant published research (for which you are the author), and position papers.
> Academia – no fee > Nonprofit organizations and government agencies – $235 > Industry – $335 NOTE: The poster fee is paid during conference registration and is in addition to the registration fee.
To help showcase your work to a wider audience, we invite all poster presenters to submit a digital file of your poster by April 24. While this submission is optional, it is strongly encouraged. Posters received by the deadline will be included in the event app and/or website, giving attendees the opportunity to view your research before, during, and after the event.

Posters will be prominently displayed near the exhibits during the following times: > Monday, May 4, 5 – 7 PM > Tuesday, May 5, 8 AM – 5 PM > Wednesday, May 6, 8 AM – 3 PM Your poster should clearly convey your key research findings and value for the audience. To get the attention of the attendees and exhibitors, your poster should also be visually appealing to grab their attention. Be clear, concise and creative.

> The top of each poster must include: research title, author(s), and institution > The printed poster should not exceed 4’ wide. (Posters will be displayed on horizontally oriented 8’ x 4’ boards provided by Excipient World - each board will display 4 posters; 2 posters will be displayed on each side.)
Poster locations are assigned on a first come, first served basis. You (or your representative) are responsible for printing (should not exceed 4’ wide), assembling and removing your poster at the conclusion of the event.
> Assembly: Monday, May 4, 1 – 4 PM
> Dismantle: Wednesday, May 6, 3:00 – 5:00 PM Note: Posters that are not picked up by the conclusion of the closing session will be discarded. IPEC-Americas will not be held responsible for any posters left after the conference has ended.
We will announce the dedicated poster presentation time when we announce the final program schedule. In addition, we encourage presenters to be near their posters during exclusive exhibit hall times. To supplement your poster, you are encouraged to prepare handouts and be ready to answer questions and explain your research in greater detail.
