IPEC-Americas Member Discount

IPEC-Americas membership has its benefits! Members are eligible to receive a $200 discount on conference registration. Contact Info@excipientworld.org to get your member discount code.

Discount Codes

If you have a discount code, you will be able to apply it during the last step of registration (before submitting payment).

Groups of 3 or More

If you are traveling with a group of 3 or more a booth might be the right choice for you. Booths provide a "home base" for your team and visibility for your brand.  They come fully furnished AND include 3 full-conference registrations.... all for $4,950. Learn more here.

Official Event Hotel

IPEC-Americas has secured special discounted room rates at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center (event venue). A link to book your housing will be provided in your registration confirmation email. You must register to receive the housing link. The housing deadline is April 2, 2026. Learn more here.

Cancellation Policies

Registration

To receive a refund for payment of registration, a cancellation notification must be received in writing or by email no later than April 2, 2026 to: Tammy Kramer, Info@excipientworld.org , IPEC-Americas, 901 N Glebe Road, Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22203. The registration fee paid will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be allowed after April 2, however a transfer of the registration to someone in the SAME COMPANY will be allowed.

Hotel

One night’s room and tax advance deposit due at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
