Education Program Description: The education program will highlight the fundamental role excipients play in pharmaceutical drug delivery—from the earliest design stages through patient acceptance—while delving into evolving needs and innovative solutions across formulation, regulation, and supply chain.

Selection Process

The deadline for submitting abstracts is September 26, 2025. Abstracts can be submitted after this date by invitation only.

Submissions will be reviewed by the Excipient World conference planning committee and selected based on relevance, originality/timeliness, educational emphasis, and speaker qualifications.

Formats

> Quick Talks are 20 minutes long.  These informal presentations should have up to 5 slides that provide background information and stimulate discussion.
> Educational Sessions are 45 minutes long. Presenters should plan 30-35 minutes of content and encourage Q&A and discussion throughout the presentation.
> Workshops are 3 hours long.  Presenters should plan multiple opportunities for participants to actively engage with the content.  This can be in the form of prepared scenarios for small groups, breakout discussions with problem solving, opportunities for Q&A throughout the session, etc.
