IPEC-Americas Member Discount
IPEC-Americas membership has its benefits! Members are eligible to receive a $125 discount on conference registration. Contact Info@excipientworld.org to get your member discount code.

Group Discount
Register four or more people from the same company and save $100 off each registration. Send an email to Info@excipientworld.org to request assistance with registering a group.

Official Event Hotel
IPEC-Americas has secured special discounted room rates at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. A link to book your housing will be provided in your registration confirmation email. You must register to receive the housing link. We cannot guarantee rate or availability after Monday, April 10, 2023.

Cancelation Policies
Registration
To receive a refund for payment of registration, a cancelation notification must be received in writing or by email no later than April 10, 2023 to: Tammy Kramer, Info@excipientworld.org , IPEC-Americas, 3138 10th Street N., Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22201. The registration fee paid will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be allowed after April 10, however a transfer of the registration to someone in the SAME COMPANY will be allowed.

Book Purchase
To receive a refund of payment for Pharma and Profits by John LaMattina, a cancelation notification must be received in writing or by email no later than April 10, 2023 to: Tammy Kramer, info@excipientworld.org, IPEC-Americas, 3138 10th Street N., Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22201. No refunds will be allowed after April 10, 2023.

Hotel (Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center)
One night’s room and tax advance deposit due at the time of booking. Cancelations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
