Hotel and Travel

ACCOMMODATIONS

If you have not yet booked your hotel room, we urge you to do so soon, as rooms fill up quickly. Individuals are responsible for making their own hotel reservations (reservations are not included with your registration fees).

All educational sessions, lunches, exhibits and evening socials will take place at the Columbus Convention Center, and sleeping room accommodations have been secured at three host hotels located in downtown Columbus. Hotel blocks secured by IAHCSMM are adjacent and additionally accessible by skyway to the convention center.

Hotel Policies and Reservations

A credit card is required to book a reservation. Funds will not be charged at the time of reservation, but will be held upon check-in. If you are using a debit card to book your room, funds will be deducted from your account immediately upon your check in - limiting your access to those funds until your account is settled with your banking institution, up to five business days after check-out. The amount of funds held on credit cards or deducted from debit cards is equal to room and tax charges for your entire stay, plus $50 per night for incidental charges. If you would prefer to pay in advance by check or credit card, you may request a credit card authorization form from the hotels. Additionally, hotels will not accept checks as payment at check-in or during check-out.
