Employer Value Letter
Step One
Download the Value Letter document (available in Microsoft Word format), from the link below. Once downloaded, you will be able to customize the letter to address it to the appropriate person and sign it as an official request.

Download the Session Outline Form (available in PDF format). Once downloaded, you will be able to simply check-off which sessions you wish to attend, indicating the education that will best bring the greatest value to you and/or your department.

Step Three
Contact your supervisor, manager, director or other qualifying person, and request a short meeting. Verbalize your wish to attend the conference, how attendance can boost education not only for you but for the entire department, and deliver all of the documents you’ve downloaded/completed from the previous steps.
