HSPA has secured discounted hotel blocks with Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor, Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor, and Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace, conveniently located near the Baltimore Convention Center. We've negotiated exclusive discounted rates for our attendees that can't be found elsewhere. Please see the hotel information and booking links below.

Why Book Within the Official Room Block?
Booking your hotel through HSPA’s official room block helps us fulfill our contractual obligations with host hotels. Unsold rooms and last-minute cancellations can result in financial penalties for HSPA, which impacts our ability to negotiate reduced rates for future conferences. Booking outside the block weakens our negotiating power and may lead to fewer discounted rooms in the future. 

Please note: Individuals are responsible for making & managing their own hotel reservations (reservations are not included with Conference fees). The group rate is valid until Thursday, April 2nd, 2026. Book your hotel early as we cannot guarantee availability.
