Four complimentary exhibitor badges granted for booth staff registrations per 10’x10’ space to access the exhibit hall for set-up, tear-down and show hours as well as educational sessions Sunday through Wednesday (CE credit not granted). |

HSPA does not mandate that exhibitors install carpeting or flooring in their booth. The Baltimore Convention Center does not have carpet in the exhibitor space. Additional flooring options may be rented through GES. Please refer to their full exhibitor service kit. |

For all confirmed exhibitors, HSPA provides a complimentary pre and post conference attendee list, including names, titles, places of employment and email/phone contact information. The pre conference attendee list is available HERE in the Exhibitor Service Center 30 days before start of the exposition, and the post conference list is available within 7 days of close of the conference. |

As our Rules and Regulations state, if the Exhibitor wishes to cancel an exhibit application and agreement, the Exhibitor may only do so by sending notice of cancelation via email to conference@myhspa.org. |
