New to HSPA? The Emerging Exhibitor area is designed just for you! This special section of the exhibit hall gives first-time exhibitors the chance to connect with healthcare professionals and showcase their products in a budget-friendly, high-visibility space.
Featuring tabletop displays only, this area is open exclusively to companies that have never exhibited at HSPA—perfect for startups, small businesses, or those exploring the sterile processing market for the first time.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- (1) six-foot skirted (in official show colors) display table
- (2) chairs
- (1) Wastebasket
- Carpet (show colors)
- Back drape with a standard booth identification sign
- A standard listing in the print and interactive exhibits directory
- (2) Exhibitor Rep Badges for access to the exhibit floor
Other furnishings, such as signage, electrical, internet, may be ordered at an additional charge, from the general contractor. Additional reps, chairs and tables may not be brought in or ordered.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the Emerging Exhibitor area, you must meet all of the following:
- This is your first time exhibiting at the HSPA Annual Conference.
- Your company is independently owned and operated (not a division of a larger or current exhibiting company).
- You are a new or small business.
- You agree to display materials limited to the surface of the tabletop (no floor-standing displays).
- Only one tabletop per company.
Note: Returning exhibitors and subsidiaries of current exhibitors are not eligible for this opportunity.
