The number of HSPA credits for the main conference (Sunday through Tuesday) is 13.75 CE's. Additional six credits are available from pre-conference events on Saturday, and in-booth education will also be available during the Expo. Conference session credits will be automatically applied to your account each night. You do not need to report your CE credits to HSPA from the sessions. If you attend vendor education in the exhibit hall, you will need to upload your certificates to your account for review. You will receive a confirmation email to your primary email on account confirming the total of CE credits, and CE may be verified and tracked online at https://dashboard.myhspa.org/certification. 

The annual conference is also approved for CBSPD & Nursing credits. More information on how to obtain these credits will be available on-site in Baltimore.

Yes, all are welcome to attend the Annual Conference and HSPA offers non-member rates.

Each full registration fee includes access to all learning activities from Saturday, April 25, through Tuesday, April 28, 2026, as well as admission to the 2026 Expo, lunches and the opening reception.

Pre-Conference activities taking place Saturday, April 25, are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. The Technical Seminar and Leadership Seminar each require an additional $49 fee.

HSPA does not accept purchase orders. Payment in full is due with a registration form or when ordering online.

You may use a credit card for online registration, or submit a check/money order drawn on US funds via mail with your registration form.

All registration cancelations and refund requests must be made in writing and received no later than April 10, 2026. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $50 cancelation fee, will be given for cancelations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after that date. Submit all cancelations to conference@myhspa.org. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

In the event HSPA cancels the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, HSPA will refund the cost of attendee registration in full.

In order to access any sessions, special events, and/or meals, guests attending the Annual Conference will need to register either as an attendee in full, or purchase a daily pass(es) on-site. The daily rate for the Conference is $300, and must be purchased on-site at the main registration desk.

The opening reception on Sunday night will be available to purchase separately for guests on-site, for a fee of $125.
