Exhibit space is available for rent at the standard rate of $2,700 per 10’x10’ linear space, with an additional $100 charge per corner assigned.

Booth requests received after March 1, 2024 will be charged at $3,200 per 10’ X 10’ linear space, with an additional $100 charge per corner assigned.


Approved participating Exhibitors Receive the following:

  • Complimentary 7”x44” ID sign
  • Draped back wall and side rails (back wall and side rail drapes do not apply to island booths)
  • 24-hour perimeter security services
  • Company name, booth number and company description online, in the mobile app and in the Guide to the Expo
  • Products and Services listings in the Guide to the Expo and in the mobile app
  • Complimentary one-time use each of attendee contact lists: pre-show and post-show
  • Priority point designation toward 2025 Expo booth selection


Four complimentary exhibitor badges granted for booth staff registrations per 10’x10’ space to access the exhibit hall for set-up, tear-down and show hours as well as educational sessions Sunday through Tuesday (CE credit not granted).

Exhibitor badges do not allow admittance to social events. To receive CE credit for educational sessions and attend social events, a full attendee registration must be purchased.

Company names on exhibitor badges are restricted to the company name as listed on the contract; sub-divisions and partnering companies will not be permitted to update their exhibitor badge to reflect a company name not listed as an exhibitor.

Tickets to the opening reception on Sunday night will be available to purchase on-site for $125 each.


HSPA does not mandate that exhibitors install carpeting or flooring in their booth. The Summit Ballroom at Caesars Forum is fully carpeted. Additional flooring options may be rented through GES. Please refer to their full exhibitor service kit.


For all confirmed exhibitors, HSPA provides a complimentary pre and post show attendee list, including names, titles, places of employment and email/phone contact information.  The pre show attendee list is emailed to the primary contact for the exhibitor 30 days before start of the exposition, and the post show list is sent within 7 days of close of the exposition. 

HSPA strongly cautions against purchasing lists from third-party entities, as we do not sell or rent our attendee/member lists to outside companies.


As our Rules and Regulations state, if the Exhibitor wishes to cancel an exhibit application and agreement, the Exhibitor may only do so by sending notice of cancelation via email to conference@myhspa.org.

Exhibitor shall be liable for:
- 50% of the total cost of the requested exhibit space if the cancelation request is received after
November 30, 2023.
- 100% of total cost of the requested exhibit space if the cancelation request is received February 1, 2024,
or later.

The date of cancelation shall be the date the notice is received by HSPA show management.
