We believe that behind every innovation, every breakthrough, is a story—a journey of learning, challenges, and transformation. We invite HR and technology leaders, visionaries, and changemakers to share those journeys with our community in Amsterdam on 21–22 April 2027.

Conference Themes & How to Apply 

We welcome proposals from experienced HR and HRIT practitioners, thought leaders, analysts, authors, consultants, and research organisations ready to share insights that challenge, inspire, and elevate our profession.

HR Tech Europe 2027 is organised around six content themes that reflect the priorities and challenges shaping the future of work and HR across Europe. As part of your submission, you will asked to select the content theme that best aligns with your proposed session.

Submissions are open to HR and HRIT practitioners, industry analysts, consultants, authors, and research organisations. Please note that solution providers should not submit proposals, as speaking opportunities are available through sponsorship packages.

Selected speakers will present at Europe’s premier gathering focused on HR technology and innovation, sharing their expertise with fellow professionals eager for new ideas and practical solutions.

Proposals will be accepted until 23:59 PM (EU time) on 11 September 2026. Given the high volume of submissions, notifications regarding proposal status will be shared by January 2027. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide individual feedback on proposals not selected.
