Submissions are open to HR and HRIT practitioners, industry analysts, consultants, authors, and research organisations. Please note that solution providers should not submit proposals, as speaking opportunities are available through sponsorship packages.

Proposals will be accepted until 23:59 PM (EU time) on 1 September 2025. Given the high volume of submissions, notifications regarding proposal status will be shared by December. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide individual feedback on proposals not selected.
