Eligibilty 

Submissions are open to HR technology providers with solutions that:
  • Represent new or significantly enhanced innovation
  • Were developed approximately within the last year.
  • Will be generally available by September 2026
     
How the Selection Process Works

Initial Review
From all submissions, the HR Executive team will create a shortlist of solutions for consideration.

Shortlist Notification
Providers selected for the short list will be notified no later than May 18, 2026

Live Demonstrations
Shortlisted providers will need to present a formal demonstration to the HR Executive judging panel. Requirements and instructions for the demo will be provided.

Final selections
After the screenings and demonstrations, up to 20 solutions will be named Top HR Products of the Year. Final selections are expected to be completed in July 2026.
