BACK for 2025: The Best in HR Technology to be Recognized by HR Executive and HR Tech

For years, the most coveted and prestigious awards in the HR technology industry have been the “Top HR Products of the Year", selected by the editors of HR Executive and the program chair of HR Tech. This program showcases the very best in HR technology each year. 

Here is how the 2025 awards program will work: 

These awards are designed to showcase new HR tech innovations, with emphasis given to how these technology solutions are breaking ground in the HR tech market. Solutions must be generally available by September 2025 and developed approximately within the last year. 
 
HR technology providers with eligible solutions are invited to submit proposals for consideration. The non-refundable entry fee is $150, and all entries are due by April 23, 2025

  • From all submissions, the HR Executive and HR Tech team will short-list 30-50 HR technology solutions for an initial round of demonstrations. 

  • Providers can expect to be notified whether they have made the short list no later than May 19, 2025. (Only those providers selected to continue will be personally notified). 

  • Those on the short list will need to present a formal, live, demonstration via video conference to the HR Executive/HR Tech team of judges. Instructions and requirements for the demonstration will be provided upon selection. 

  • After the screenings and demonstrations, up to 20 HR technology solutions will be named Top HR Products of the Year. 

  • Final provider selections are expected to be completed in July 2025. 

  • The $150 entry fee must be paid at submission and is non-refundable. 

All “Top HR Products for 2025” will be recognized at HRExecutive.com and during the 2025 HR Tech Conference taking place Sept. 16-18, 2025, in Las Vegas. Details of conference participation will be shared with winning companies later this year.
