Initial Review Our editorial and conference teams will review submissions and shortlist 30–40 standout solutions.
Product Demonstrations Shortlisted companies will be invited to submit a 5-minute video demo (focusing on the product in action).
Winner Selection Up to 20 Top EdTech Products will be chosen and announced in November 2026.
Company Categories & Fees
Companies will be evaluated in two categories:
Startups
Under 2 years old
Less than $1M in revenue
Must have a working website
Entry fee: $149
Midsize/Large Companies
Midsize: Up to $50M in revenue
Large: Over $50M in revenue
Entry fee: $199
All fees are due at submission and are non-refundable.
Product Eligibility
To qualify:
The product must be generally available by September 2026
It must be developed or updated in the past year
It must serve the K12 education market
Important Dates
Submission Deadline: Oct. 9, 2026, at 11:59 EST
Notifications Sent: On or around Nov. 1, 2026 (Only selected companies will be notified.)
