We do not provide transportation from the airport. For shuttle availability, please visit the hotel's website or contact them directly.
Courtesy cars are sometimes available during COGIC conventions/conferences; however, we do not provide courtesy car information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Registration and Card Rates

Q: Is the registration fee included in the card rate?
A: Yes. The card rate includes your registration. Please visit the Card Rates page for details.

Q: Do I need to register to attend services?
A: No. Registration is not required to attend services. However, certain events such as the President's Luncheon, require registration or the purchase of a separate ticket.

Q: How do I make a payment or pay the remaining balance?
A: Log into the Attendee Service Center using the credentials in confirmation email. Payments may also be made by money order or over the phone at (901) 574-1828.

Housing / Rooming Questions

Q: Can I change my hotel preferences after registering?
A: Yes. Log into the Attendee Service Center and edit your housing preferences.

Q: Does my roommate need to register at the same time or choose the same card?
A: No. Each roommate must be registered with a card, but they do not need to register at the same time or select the same card.

Q: If I am paid in full but my roommate is not, will we be assigned housing?
A: No. All delegates in the room must be registered and paid in full before housing can be assigned.

Q: Will rooms for friends or church groups be placed side-by-side?
A: Room placement is at each hotel's discretion and depends on availability.

Q: Does my roommate need to book housing separately?
A: No. Only one delegate should select the hotel room. All other roommates should select "I am sharing a room" under Accommodation Preference.

Hotel Confirmation Numbers & Contacting Hotels

Q: Will I recieve a hotel confirmation number?
A: Yes, but not immediately. If you have questions about the timeline for receiving hotel confirmation numbers, please email housing@cogic.org.

Q: Can I contact the hotel directly about my reservation?
A: No. The hotel cannot make changes, look up your reservation, or answer questions about it until you've received your hotel confirmation number.

Q: How do I request date changes for my stay?
A: Please email wic@cogic.org with your new dates.
Note: Additional nights must be added to your registration, and any difference in cost is due upon request.

Q: Who do I contact for questions about housing availability?
A: Please email housing@cogic.org. Responses will be sent in the order requests are received.

Event / Attire Questions

Q: What are the colors for the President's Luncheon?
A: The official color for the President's Luncheon is yellow.

Q: When will the schedule be available?
A: The schedule will be released during the week of the convention. Updates will be posted on the Women's Department social media.
