Holy Convocation Registration Information:
As a result of current COVID-19 protocols and restrictions, attendees are being strongly encouraged to be vaccinated. In addition to vaccinations we are fully adhering to the CDC guidelines, including the use of masks, social distancing a minimum of 6 feet while inside all Convocation venues, and the number of attendees to the 2021 Holy Convocation will be significantly limited.
Platinum Registration: The Renasant Convention Center & Cannon Center for the Performing Arts
Gold Registration: Historic Mason Temple
Silver Registration: TBD
The 113th Holy Convocation will be a hybrid event with the first 3 days of the convention (Monday, November 8th through Wednesday, November 10th) presented virtually. On these first 3 days, attendees will not be permitted into any venue, with the exception of the Presidium, program participants, and convention staff. Beginning Thursday, November 11th through Sunday, November 14th, Only registered attendees will be permitted to attend in-person, according to the level of registration in the three aforementioned venues.
Please further note hotel assignments are on a first come first serve basis. There will be no preferential holds given to anyone under any circumstances. Also, there will not be a designated “main” hotel .
