This message is a bit lengthy, but it contains important details to support your experience in registering for the Annual Conference and Expo. The registration form is available at the very bottom of this message, you will click Start to step into the form.
The best registration pricing is the member rate. The discounted member registration applies to NAEYC/CAAEYC members. In addition, to receive the member discount, you must use your valid email address that you have on file with NAEYC. As a member, you save up to $80 on registration.
About NAEYC/CAAEYC membership: our system does not synchronize with NAEYC’s database. We wish this was an option, but it is not. Therefore, we import eligible member records into our system once a week. If your membership has expired, even by one day, you will need to renew to receive the discount.
If you are not a member and want to become a member to receive the registration discount, start here. If you recently joined, we will have to manually add you to the system. In this case, please contact us by email at info@caeyc.org and provide us with your digital membership card from NAEYC. You can log into your NAEYC membership profile and download your digital card.
The in-person 2026 Annual Conference & Expo will be held April 24-26 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in Pasadena, CA. We look forward to having you with us. Important: there are two types of registrations that are steeply discounted, Presenter and Exhibitor Attendee. These two registration types may not be combined with any other discounted registration. Registration rates for the 2026 Annual Conference & Expo are posted on the conference website here. Important Information About Payment and Balance Due Registrations must be paid in full by March 20, 2026. Any registration with a balance due on March 20, 2026 will not be guaranteed. This means that if your registration includes any meals, receptions or separately priced activities, those functions will not be guaranteed. To further clarify, and as an example, if a registration includes the lunch on Friday, and there is a balance due, we will not guarantee your lunch and will remove that meal from your profile. In addition, if you register after March 20, 2026, payment in full will be required at the time of registration. Please contact our staff team with any questions. REGISTRATION POLICIES You can find the registration policies on the Conference website by clicking here. The policies outline cancellations, refunds, substitutions and other information related to registration and conference participation. If you need to cancel your registration and qualify for a refund, the request must be in writing (email, fax or USPS) and received on or by March 3, 2026. By this date, refunds will be issued at 50%. After March 3, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
REGISTERING A GROUP OF 10 OR MORE For the month of August, the best discount is the BOGOHO (buy-one-get-one-half-off). All registrations entered in the month of August will be pending. You will enter your group; when you arrive at the payment section, you will select payment by check or credit card. Enter the applicable information then submit. Your credit card will not be processed until we have adjusted the BOGOHO rate for the eligible registrations in your group.
