Welcome to the 2025 CAAEYC Annual Conference & Expo online booth sales! In 2023 we implemented a corporate membership category at $250 annually (this year it is effective through June 30, 2025). To save $100 on each booth purchased, invest in the corporate membership at $250. We recommend reviewing the advanced booth pricing for members and nonmembers prior to purchasing your booth. If you want to purchase two booths, the intent is that your two booths will be consecutive and connected -- either two inline, two corners or an inline and corner. Please Note: A 50% deposit is available until January 17, 2025; after this date, full payment is required. If payment is made by credit card, you will have access to the Exhibitor Service Center to complete your company's profile. If you select payment by check, you will not have access to the Exhibitor Service Center until we receive the check payment.
