Welcome to attendee registration for the 2023 CAAEYC Annual Conference & Expo!

The best registration pricing is the member rate. The discounted member registration applies to NAEYC/CAAEYC Standard and Premium members. In addition, to receive the member discount, you must provide your valid email address that you have on file with NAEYC. As a standard or premium member, you save up to $80 on registration. If you are not a member and want to become a member to receive the registration discount, contact staff at the CAAEYC office: info@caeyc.org or (916) 486-7750.

The in-person 2023 Annual Conference & Expo will be held April 21-23 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in Santa Clara, CA. We look forward to having you with us.

August 2022 Registration Promotion
For the month of August, we are offering a unique registration special -- BOGOHO -- buy-one-get-one-half-off. Click here for more details if you are registering two or more people -- read the details before starting your registration. Payment restrictions apply. If you are only registering one person, proceed with your registration.

Important Note about the August Promo and Payment
During the month of August, all registrations have been set to pending status. if you are registering two or more people and the BOGOHO discount is available, you will proceed as follows:
Credit Card: you will enter your credit card information but it will not be charged until we review for any applicable discount and then approve the registration, at which time your credit card will be processed; you will receive a confirmation of the payment being processed.
Check: you will select check, and we will review for any applicable discount and then update the status of your registration; you will receive confirmation that your registration is pending and the amount due. Your check must be received by August 31 to maintain your BOGOHO discount eligibility.
Purchase Order: you will select purchase order but will not be required to enter the PO number or upload the document if you are eligible for the BOGOHO discount; we will review the registration for any applicable discount; then you will receive notification from us that you can now update your registration to enter the PO number and upload the PO document with the correct payment.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
You can find the registration policies on the Conference website by clicking here. The policies outline cancellations, refunds, substitutions and other information related to registration and conference participation. If you need to cancel your registration and qualify for a refund, the request must be in writing (email, fax or USPS) and received on or by March 3, 2023. By this date, refunds will be issued at 50%. After March 3, 2023, no refunds will be issued.

PAYMENT OPTIONS (starting September 1 after August promo)
CAAEYC accepts credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and Discover), checks or purchase orders.
Checks: if you select "Check" as your form of payment, your registration will remain pending until the check is received. Once your check payment is received, then your registration will be updated to a paid status and an approved confirmation by email will be automatically sent by the system.
Purchase Order: if you select "Purchase Order" as your form of payment, you will be required to enter the purchase order number and upload a copy of the purchase order to process your registration. Once payment is received for the purchase order, then your registration will be updated to a paid status and an approved confirmation by email will be automatically sent by the system.
Important: until payment is received for check or purchase order payment types, your registration remains in a pending status.

REGISTERING A GROUP OF 10 OR MORE
If you are registering a group of 10 or more, there are discounts available, starting September 1. However, for the month of August, the best discount is the BOGOHO (buy-one-get-one-half-off).
