Welcome to attendee registration for the 2022 CAAEYC Annual Conference & Expo!

The best registration pricing is the member rate. The discounted member registration applies to NAEYC/CAAEYC Standard and Premium members. In addition, to receive the member discount, you must provide your valid email address that you have on file with NAEYC. As a standard or premium member, you save up to $80 on registration. If you are not a member and want to become a member to receive the registration discount, contact staff at the CAAEYC office:

We are planning for an in-person conference, April 29-30 and May 1 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in Pasadena, CA. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the in-person experience. Leading up to April 2022, we will provide updates on social distancing practices, registrant liability releases and other requirements necessary to support the most health-conscious and responsible experience for conference participants.

You can find the registration policies on the Conference website by clicking here. The policies outline cancellations, refunds, substitutions and other information related to registration and conference participation. If you need to cancel your registration and qualify for a refund, the request must be in writing (email, fax or USPS) and received on or by March 18, 2022. By this date, refunds will be issued at 50%. After March 18, 2022, no refunds will be issued. 

CAAEYC accepts credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and Discover), checks or purchase orders.
Checks: if you select "Check" as your form of payment, your registration will remain pending until the check is received. Once your check payment is received, then your registration will be updated to a paid status and an approved confirmation by email will be automatically sent by the system.
Purchase Order: if you select "Purchase Order" as your form of payment, you will be required to enter the purchase order number and upload a copy of the purchase order to process your registration. Once payment is received for the purchase order, then your registration will be updated to a paid status and an approved confirmation by email will be automatically sent by the system.
Important: until payment is received for check or purchase order payment types, your registration remains in a pending status.

If you are registering a group of 10 or more, there are discounts available, starting September 1. You can register your group on your own -- and for groups with 10 or more, we will apply the discount after registration. Or, contact staff at the CAAEYC office, (916) 486-7750 or to learn about the discount rates based on the size of your group.
