Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Certificate Program

Online pre-work begins Monday, September 11
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Certificate Program provides an insightful road map to best practices while preparing healthcare risk management professionals to balance risks with rewards. This unique “blended learning” program provides a three-prong approach to ERM concepts, strategies, and application. A copy of the ASHRM Enterprise Risk Management Playbook: An Implemented Guide for Healthcare Professionals is included with the price of registration.

CPHRM Exam Prep Course

The Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) is the healthcare industry's premier certification for the risk management profession. The review course is intended to assist eligible risk management professionals prepare for the CPHRM certification exam. 

Pre-Conference: Continuing Education Credits


Participants of all programs excluding the ERM Certificate Program may earn up to 13 ASHRM credits toward fulfillment of the requirements of ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow) and towards CPHRM renewal. The Enterprise Risk Management Certificate Program is approved for 16 contact hours.

Continuing Nursing Education

American Society for Healthcare Risk Management is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. HRM Module 1, HRM Module 2, HRM Module 3 and CPHRM Exam Prep Course are approved for 13 contact hours. The Enterprise Risk Management Certificate Program is approved for 16 contact hours.
