Their access will include the keynote speaker, presentations, breakouts, interactive chatrooms and of course your booth! Once your complimentary registrations are used, additional virtual registrations can be purchased at a discounted rate of $199.
ASHE is providing all exhibitors (2) complimentary virtual attendee conference registrations to be given as a gift to your current clients or top prospects. These complimentary registrations are not intended for use by your staff and cannot be retroactively applied towards someone who has already registered for the conference.
The (2) complimentary virtual attendee conference registrations are separate from the full registrations that you are allotted in your virtual booth package and will not grant access to work an exhibitor booth. All full registrations that come with your virtual booth will allow booth staff workers access to work the virtual booth, interact with attendees, and explore the Annual Virtual Conference. Booth staff workers will be invited to a training session on September 30 to learn how to work the booth.
