2020 ASHE Annual Virtual Conference
ASHE is excited to announce that the meaningful content, communication, and community that makes its Annual Conference the must-attend healthcare facility management event of the year will still go on – in the virtual realm. This virtual experience will serve as ASHE's Annual Conference & Technical Exhibition for 2020. ASHE promises to deliver high-quality healthcare facility management education, meaningful member engagement networking opportunities, and a robust exhibit hall that will be available to attendees virtually everywhere.
As an exhibitor, you play an essential role in this community, and in the virtual journey that our attendees will become a part of during the virtual experience. We have carefully selected a virtual platform that will allow your team to showcase products or services in a virtual exhibit, matchmake with attendees and other exhibitors, and connect "face-to-face" with qualified leads.

Exhibitor FAQs
Can I still make edits to my ASHE virtual booth?
Exhibitors can make edits to their booth through Thursday, October 1 at 6:00 PM CST.
How do I locate my booth within the exhibit hall?
Your virtual booth is placed in either your first or second category choice when your company completed the Exhibit Product/Service Category survey. At this point, ASHE cannot make any changes to your pavilion.
When are the dedicated exhibit hall hours?
The dedicated exhibit hall are as follows (all times are CST):
Monday, October 5:
- 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
- 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
- 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday, October 6:
- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday, October 7:
When can attendees access my booth during the live event?
Attendees will gain access to exhibitor booths at the beginning of the live event on October 5 at 7:00 AM CST and can visit your booth at any time throughout the event. ASHE has published dedicated exhibitor hours and we highly recommend you have booth staff available for live chat during these times.
What happens when an attendee visits my unattended booth?
If an attendee visits your booth while it is unattended, the attendee will still have access to all features of the booth except live chat. Attendees can still message and/or send a virtual business card to you through the platform. If auto forward is enabled in your account settings, you will be notified of these interactions via email.
In addition, you can visit your data portal at any time to see who has visited your booth. You can follow up with these attendees within the Intrado platform or by using their contact information which will be provided to you through the data portal.
What analytics and reporting will exhibitors receive from ASHE?
- Booth Visitor Contact Information
- Your booth staff will have access to booth activity through a dedicated data portal. You will receive data portal login information on October 6.
- Booth Chat Transcripts
- ASHE will record booth chat transcripts and provide them to your company’s main contact.
- Please note: Individual chat transcripts are not recorded.
- Post Event Data
- Your booth will be viewable to attendees until the end of the year and you can continue to view the data portal for visitors.
- Please note: Edits can be made to booths after the ASHE live event is completed. Booth staff can add or remove content through the remainder of the year.
What is the preferred internet browser for the ASHE Virtual Annual Conference?
For the best platform functionality, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox with ad blockers disabled. If an ad blocker is enabled you will be unable to receive real-time chat notifications.

The Booth Building Webinar took place Thursday, September 10. If you were unable to attend, the webinar recording is able for viewing. Booths must be completed and content must be uploaded by September 25, 2020.
