All virtual conference registrations starting September 19, 2020 are final and are not eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
Registrants unable to attend the virtual conference may submit a cancellation request via email to ashe@aha.org before September 18, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. CT for a waived cancellation ($0) fee. Attendee substitutions will be granted until October 2, 2020. Any cancellation request starting September 19, 2020 will not be honored. All virtual conference registrations starting September 19, 2020 are final and are not eligible for cancellation. Payment to join or renew ASHE membership and donations to The Ilse B. Almanza Scholarship Fund* are not refundable. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment (credit card or check) as the original transaction. Please allow 6-8 weeks for all refunds to be completed.
Scheduling Changes:
ASHE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program because of an insufficient number of registrations or to close registration when programs are full. ASHE may cancel a program when circumstances beyond ASHE's control — including, but not limited to, acts of nature, governmental authority or war in the United States — make it impractical or impossible to host the program or may put participants in harm’s way.
If Virtual Conference access is not wanted, written requests for a refund must be sent to ashe@aha.org by September 18, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Liabilities:
ASHE may electronically record portions of this program.
By attendance or participation in discussions, the registrant agrees that ASHE may electronically copy and distribute registrant's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities both now and in the future.
No individual or entity other than ASHE may electronically record or reproduce any portion of this program for any use without prior written consent from ASHE (including recordings from smartphones, iPads and other handheld devices).
ASHE will not sell your registration contact information to any third-party solicitors. By registering for or transferring to the Virtual Conference it is agreed and understood that when visiting an exhibitor booth, attendees are agreeing to share their contact information with our vendor partners, just like a badge scan for the in-person conference.
