ASBO International 2021 Education Proposals

Do you have a great idea or successful practice you’d like to share?

This is your opportunity to enhance, and deliver best practices for school business professionals. If selected, your content will be shared with a wide network of school business professionals. 

Before submission, please note the following:

This form is for practicing school business officials who want to share their expertise. The primary presenter must be an ASBO International School Business Professional Member or District Member.

· ASBO International education content may not promote products or services.

· Please use the provided ASBO International PowerPoint template provided upon acceptance of proposal.

· Webinars must offer one hour of content and must contain a minimum of 50 minutes of presented content to be eligible for education credits.

· Upon acceptance, presenters must provide five multiple choice poll questions and a minimum of five seed questions for the end of your presentation to encourage Q&A.

Deadline for 2021 AC&E Submissions: February 5, 2021.

Deadline for Webinar Submissions: Rolling; at least five weeks prior to proposed delivery date.

What to have before submitting:

  • Presentation Title
  • Presentation Description (100-word limit)
  • 3 Learning objectives
    • Tips for Writing Quality Learning Objectives:
      • Indicate whether the knowledge level is anything other than "basic". Advanced and intermediate content may require a pre-requisite.
      • Complete this sentence: "Upon completion of this webinar, participants will...."
      • Choose a verb that makes the objective achievable and that describes observable behavior at a basic level of learning. (understand, identify, differentiate) View a full list of verbs here.
  • Topic - Based on ASBO International's Professional Standards 
  • Presenter(s) Information
  • Desired Month of Delivery (Keep in mind when it would be best for school business officials to receive your information).
