  • Display space, along with 8’ high back draped back walls, 3’ high draped side rails, and booth identification sign.
  • (1) 6’ table skirted (in show colors) on 3-sides, (2) chairs, and (1) waste basket
  • Three complimentary conference registrations per 10’ x 10’ space, including admission to professional development sessions and all-attendee networking events. Additional badges may be purchased for $100 per person.
  • 24-hour security service.
  • Daily aisle cleaning.
  • Listing in the 2021 mobile event app and eShow online exhibit hall map.


Each 10' x 10' space is $2,000. Premium locations are an additional $350.


ASBO International requires all booths be carpeted or have floor covering. Booths without floor covering two hours prior to the show opening will automatically have carpet installed by the decorator at the exhibitor’s expense.


The kit is available directly from the decorator, Fern. The decorator will provide log-in info to each new exhibitor on a weekly basis. The log-in is not the same as the Exhibitor Service Center log-in. The kit is available via the online exhibiting order system, OneView.

Exhibitor Final Booth Prep Before Hall Opens:
Thursday, October 14: 9:30 am – 11:30 am

Friday, October 15: 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

 

Exhibits Dismantle/Move-out:

Friday, October 15: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm


Dedicated Show Hours for Attendees:
Thursday, October 14: 11:30 am – 2:30 pm

Friday, October 15: 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm


The top 5 titles in attendance at the 2019 Annual Conference & Expo included: Business Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Assistant/Deputy/Associate Superintendent, Director of Finance/Accounting/Business, and School Business Administrator. The 2019 event included more than 1,000 registered attendees from 570 school districts.


In order to be eligible to receive either a pre- or post-show physical mailing address list of attendees, you must review and submit the required info listed on the Complimentary Attendee Physical Address Mailing List Request,  including a submission of the mailer you plan to send, for approval.

ASBO International does not provide email addresses or phone numbers of attendees.

If you receive a solicitation from a company claiming to have an attendee list available for purchase, it is a scam. ASBO International does not sell lists or work with a third-party to make lists available. 


Three complimentary conference registrations are included per 10’ x 10’ space. Registration includes admission to professional development sessions and all attendee networking events. Additional badges may be purchased for $100 per person.


The public directory listing featured in eShow will be viewable on the mobile app, including company name, booth number, 50-word description, and web address.


All exhibit company representatives are required to wear a name badge to gain access to the exhibit hall and other conference functions. Independent contractors (i.e., Exhibitor Appointed Contractors – EACs) for installation and dismantle labor do not require a name badge. EACs may obtain a wristband at the registration desk to gain access to the exhibit hall during move-in and move-out hours.


All order forms for services provided by the official contractors listed below will be included in the exhibit kit, provided approximately 90 days prior to the show date.

  • Audio / Visual Rentals: Freeman


  • To reserve a booth, the application/contract must be accompanied by a 50% payment deposit of the total amount of the total booth(s) costs.
  • 100% of payment is due by September 15, 2021.
  • Booth cancellations received before July 13, 2021 will receive a 50% refund of amount already paid. Cancellations received on or after July 13, 2021 forfeit 100% of booth payment.
  • Credit card payment may be made by logging into the eShow Exhibitor Service Center.
  • Check payment may be made by mailing check to the ASBO International office (booth will not be reserved prior to receipt of check):
