This page acts as a guide for all the resources available to you to help you prepare to present at the conference, and to ensure you are fully confident in all areas relating to your participation as a conference speaker. - All Presentation Materials and Handouts Due - August 14
- Final Changes to Presentation and Materials Due - October 1
- ARMA InfoCon Commences! - October 19
Speaker Service Center
All speakers should have received an email with credentials to access the ARMA InfoCon 2025 Speaker Service Center. This will serve as your "speaker portal" for the conference. Please contact us at speakers@armaintl.org for assistance with your login.You will use this resource center to review and edit your personal information, sign your Speaker Agreement, confirm session details, upload presentation materials, etc.

Speaker Registration
Regardless of whether you intend to only participate in your session or join the entire event, we kindly request that you complete the registration process. Speakers have a unique registration form, separate from the main conference registration form.- Speakers Please Register No Later Than August 1 - Speaker Registration
Hotel Room Block
Please find hotel information here. Unless special arrangements have been made with ARMA, speakers are responsible for their own hotel reservations.The deadline for the hotel blocks are September 24 at the Sheraton and September 26 at the Hyatt, however speakers are highly encouraged to book early to secure accommodations.
Speaker and Session Updates

Presentation Information

You are responsible for providing your own printed handouts. ARMA will not print onsite.
Handouts and presentations will be made available to attendees through the conference mobile app.
