Participants can pay via credit card during registration that will be securely processed.
If a participant cannot pay for registration by credit card, checks and wire transfers are accepted. Please select the "Send Invoice" option during the payment step.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests received by August 16, 2024, will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received August 17, 2024, through September 13, 2024, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All refund requests received after September 13, 2024, will not be honored or transferable to future conferences unless you meet the requirements of one of the below stated cancellation policy clauses. Substitutions are encouraged.
All cancellations must be received in writing; made by the registered attendee and/or credit card holder; and must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Please send all written cancellations to Conference@armaintl.org.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used no later than 30 days after cancellation has been approved.
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit toward future ARMA InfoCons.
Substitution Policy:
Substitution of registration is permitted through October 7, 2024, with written consent. Any substitution must be of the same type (that is, Member for Member, and Non-Member for Non-Member). The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations. A $100 administrative fee will apply for each substitution.
Travel Restrictions:
If travel restrictions are imposed in the country where the registrant is traveling from, and these restrictions prohibit that registrant’s attendance at this event, you will have the option for a full refund or to put the value of registration towards the 2025 Conference.
Event Cancellation/Postponement/Repurposing:
ARMA International is committed to the safety and well-being of all its members and will take all appropriate precautions to ensure that all live events are safe. If ARMA International must cancel an in-person event due to low registration; public health issues and/or government policy; or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable, ARMA International will offer registrants a full refund. Should ARMA International postpone the event, your registration will be transferred to the same event at the new, future date, with an option to request a full or partial refund. ARMA International is not responsible for reimbursement of any expenses incurred related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.

ARMA International is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for the entire RIM/IG community and ARMA International staff. All conference participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, and service providers, are expected to comply with this code of conduct. It applies to all ARMA International events, including those sponsored by companies and organizations held in conjunction with ARMA International, in public or private facilities.
ARMA International does not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment. In response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, ARMA International reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the event without refund and the right to prohibit attendance at any future event.
Examples of Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination.
- Physical or verbal abuse.
- Inappropriate verbal comments related to gender, age, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, race, religion, or national origin.
- Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations.
- Harassing, threatening, or stalking.
- Unwanted touching, unwanted remarks of a sexual nature, unwelcome comments about someone’s body or personal appearance, and unwelcome attention.

Responsible Drinking
At ARMA International events, including receptions, where both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served, attendees and staff who choose to drink alcoholic beverages are expected to drink responsibly. ARMA International and convention, hotel, or venue event staff have the right to deny service to attendees for any reason and may require an attendee to leave the event.
Personal Safety and Security
ARMA International is committed to providing a safe and secure environment at its events by working with venue staff to make sure everyone is safe. We ask that attendees report any questionable or concerning activity to ARMA International or convention, hotel, or venue event staff.
- Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
- Do not wear earbuds.
- Use the buddy system when walking to and from event venues, including networking event locations during early or late hours.
- Don’t wear your meeting badge on the street. Take it off as soon as you leave the building/venue.
- Don’t carry a lot of cash or credit cards. Leave in your hotel room safe.
- Don’t leave personal property unattended anywhere, anytime.
ARMA International reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, refuse entrance to the conference and/or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive and/or is not consistent with the character and purpose of the event. All ARMA InfoCon2023 badges are the property of ARMA International and must be returned upon request.

At this time ARMA is not requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or a negative test result to attend an ARMA in-person meeting or event. Mask-wearing at ARMA meetings and events is optional.
ARMA expects attendees to take responsibility themselves and to not attend in-person meetings and events if feeling sick or have tested positive for COVID-19. ARMA will be following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to reduce infection from COVID-19 and to protect against severe complications. A Certificate of Attendance will be available to conference attendees after the event in the Attendee Service Center. Attendees will receive email notification when certificates are available for download.
