Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance are available to download in the 2024 Attendee Service Center soon. Click on “2024 Service Centers” and login to the Attendee Service Center with the email and password received at time of registration. Once logged in, click on Attendee Certiicates from the dropdown menu.
CLE CertificatesCLE Certificates will be emailed separately, based on session attendance per sign-up sheets.
Session Presentations
Any handouts or PowerPoints provided by presenters will be available until December 13, 2024. You can download these via the app or your desktop.
Once logged in to the 2024 Service Centers, click “Session Presentations” from the dropdown menu to access all available. You may choose to filter handouts by title, speaker last name or date if you are looking for specific handouts.

Add Industry Groups and Pre-Conference Workshop to Your Registration
Add an Industry Group Roundtable session or Pre-Conference Workshop easily to your existing registration through the Edit Your Registration feature. This action takes you back to the registration form.We have added Industry Group Roundtable Discussions to the conference schedule on Sunday, October 13. These pre-conference sessions are a fantastic opportunity to meet your peers in an informal setting and begin fostering connections that can enhance your conference experience. Industry Group Roundtable Discussion sessions are included in the cost of a full conference registration. While there is no additional fee to attend, pre-registration is required for planning purposes.

Meals
- The meals included in a FULL CONFERENCE registration are:
- Buffet lunch in the Experience Hall Monday and Tuesday
- Working lunch on Wednesday.
- Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be provided at the Welcome Reception on Sunday, and at the Experience Hall Pub Crawl and VRC Party on Monday.
- Coffee will be provided throughout the conference.
Attire
Conference attire is business casual. Jeans are acceptable, but please no shorts or flip flops. Dressing in layers is recommended since the temperature in meeting rooms can vary.
