Closing Keynote: GenAI: Off the Record
Join us as we welcome Kon Leong, CEO of ZL Technologies, Inc. for a powerful closing keynote address.

The emergence of generative AI has turned the spotlight towards unstructured, human-created data, such as files and electronic communications. Harnessing this data for AI and analytics is a top priority for every large company, promising to uncover a view into organizations like we’ve never seen before.

The only thing in the way is the sheer volume of data, the complexity of wrangling it, and the difficulty of implementing governance and privacy to ensure defensible data use. Fortunately, using principles founded in records and information management, companies can make leapfrog advancements towards harvesting the enterprise repository of corporate knowledge and deliver insights to better manage the human side of enterprises

ARMA State of the Association and Awards Presentation
