This page acts as a guide for all the resources available to you to help you prepare to present at the conference, and to ensure you are fully confident in all areas relating to your participation as a conference speaker. Important Deadlines

Speaker Service Center
All speakers should have received an email with credentials to access the ARMA InfoNEXT 2025 Speaker Service Center. This will serve as your "speaker portal" for the conference. Please contact us at speakers@armaintl.org for assistance with your login.
You will use this resource center to review and edit your personal information, sign your Speaker Agreement, confirm session details, upload presentation materials, etc.
Speaker Registration
Regardless of whether you intend to only participate in your session or join the entire event, all speakers are required to complete the registration process. Speakers have a unique registration form, separate from the main conference registration form.
Hotel Room Block
Unless special arrangements have been made with ARMA, speakers are responsible for their own hotel reservations.
Book your group rate for ARMA InfoNext Conference 2025
The deadline for the hotel block is April 11, 2025, however speakers are highly encouraged to book early to secure accommodations.
Speaker and Session Updates
The information that was provided in your submission from the call for proposals is what we have on file unless updates are made. This includes your headshot, bio and session description.

Presentation Information
All presentations are required to be on the official conference PowerPoint template.
All presentations and materials are due on February 28, 2025.
You are responsible for providing your own printed handouts. ARMA will not print onsite.
Handouts and presentations will be made available to attendees through the conference mobile app.
Market Your Presentation
Even the smallest shout-outs can skyrocket awareness of your involvement. We will supply all speakers with an easy-to-use marketing toolkit to help you flaunt your session. Stay tuned for updates on this, coming soon!
Audio Visual
ARMA will provide the following AV for all education sessions:
Projector
Screen
Podium Microphone
Wireless Lavaliere Microphone for Single Presenter Sessions, Handheld Microphone for Multiple Presenter Sessions
Laptop
Slide Advancer/Clicker
Speakers will not be permitted to use personal laptops, conference supplied laptops must be utilized. Speakers are encouraged to bring a backup USB with presentation loaded on it.
