Welcome to your Attendee Service Center for ARMA InfoNEXT 2025! This page acts as a guide for all the resources available to you to help you prepare for the conference, and to ensure you are fully confident in all areas relating to your participation as a conference attendee.  Please contact ARMA at Conference@armaintl.org with any questions or concerns. Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance will be available to download in the 2025 Attendee Service Center after the event.  You will receive an email once the certificates are ready. Click on “2025 Service Centers” and login to the Attendee Service Center with the email and password received at time of registration.  Once logged in, click on Attendee Certificates from the dropdown menu.

CLE Certificates
CLE Certificates will be emailed separately, based on session attendance per sign-up sheets.

 

Session Presentations

Any handouts or PowerPoints provided by presenters will be available until June 27, 2025

Once logged in to the 2025 Service Centers, click “Session Presentations” from the dropdown menu to access all available. You may choose to filter handouts by title, speaker last name, IGIM domain or focus area for specific searches.

Hotel Room Block

ARMA InfoNEXT 2025 will be proudly held at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District.

  • Book Your Room in the Conference Hotel Block:  The block is now closed.  Please contact Carrie Renuart, carrie.renuart@armaintl.org, for assistance.

Meals

  • The following meals are provided:
    • Monday, April 28:  Breakfast and Lunch
    • Tuesday, April 29:  Breakfast and Lunch
    • Wednesday, April 30:  Lunch
  • Heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be provided at the Sunday night Welcome Reception, Monday night Networking Social and the Tuesday night Closing Party.
  • Coffee will be provided throughout the conference.
Note for those with dietary needs:  all food items will be labeled pertaining to vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, contains dairy, contains nuts. 


Attire

Conference attire is business casual. Jeans are acceptable, but please no shorts or flip flops. Dressing in layers is recommended since the temperature in meeting rooms can vary.
