What to Pack
Attire is business casual for the conference during the day. Please, no jeans, tee shirts, or flip flops. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. Social events take place in the evening when the weather cools down, so be sure to bring appropriate clothing options such as a shawl or light sweater for traveling in-between venues.
Don't forget a refillable water botte and comfortable shoes!
ARMA sponsored social events are both inside and outside and business casual dress is requested.
The Swanky Soiree on Tuesday, April 9 is a Rat Pack themed event. 1960’s inspired attire is encouraged but not required.
Airport Ground Transportation
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. The JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa is located 12.2 miles/ 20-25 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).
There are several ground transportation options:
- Ride Share: Rideshare companies Uber and Lyft provide pick-ups and drop-offs at PSP.
Drop-offs are allowed curbside in front of the terminal building.
For pick-ups, follow the Rideshare signage to the designated area located at the south end of the terminal, in the commercial lane across the street from WestJet Airlines. Click here to download a map of the airport terminal.

The registration desk is located at the South Counter in the Springs Ballroom Foyer. Beginning Sunday, April 7, the Registration Desk will be open for you to check in, print your badge and address any questions you may have regarding your stay during the event.
