Standard King or 2 Queen Room:  $334 per night + taxes and fees
Resort room rates are subject to a discounted $25.00 Resort Charge + applicable taxes.
Resort Charge includes daily in-room enhanced wireless Internet access, use of spa fitness center, access to instructional led fitness classes when available, overnight self-parking, use of The Greens – miniature 18-hole putting course, daily golf bag storage, golf driving range, one-hour hard court and racquet rental for two, all tennis center lawn games, and use of resort bicycles.

Participants can pay via credit card during registration that will be securely processed.

Registration Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellation requests received by February 5, 2024, will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received February 6, 2024, through March 4, 2024, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All refund requests received after March 4, 2024, will not be honored or transferable to future conferences unless you meet the requirements of one of the below stated travel restrictions, event cancellation circumstances or medical emergency clauses. Substitutions are encouraged.  

All cancellations must be received in writing; made by the registered attendee and/or credit card holder; and must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Please send all written cancellations to Conference@armaintl.org.  
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used no later than 30 days after cancellation has been approved. 
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit toward future InfoNext conferences.
Substitution Policy: 
Substitution of registration is permitted through March 25, 2024, with written consent. Any substitution must be of the same type (that is, for Member, and Non-Member for Non-Member). The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations. A $100 administrative fee will apply for each substitution. 

Travel Restrictions: 
If travel restrictions are imposed in the country where the registrant is traveling from, and these restrictions prohibit that registrant’s attendance at this event, you will have the option for a full refund or to put the value of registration towards the 2024 Conference.

Event Cancellation/Postponement/Repurposing: 
ARMA International is committed to the safety and well-being of all its members and will take all appropriate precautions to ensure all live events are safe. If ARMA International must cancel an in-person event due to low registration, public health issues and/or government policy, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable, ARMA International will offer registrants a full refund. Should ARMA International postpone the event, your registration will be transferred to the same event at the new, future date, with an option to request a full or partial refund. ARMA International is not responsible for reimbursement of any expenses incurred related to the cancellation or postponement of an event. 

Medical Emergency: 
If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, the cancellation request will be considered after the conference at ARMA’s discretion. Documentation will be required with the cancellation request.

By registering for InfoNext 2024 you agree to receive conference related emails, text messages, and other electronic communications from ARMA International. You acknowledge that your contact information will be entered into InfoNext 2024 event registration system, app, and website.  

By registering for InfoNext 2024, you acknowledge that ARMA International may share your name with the JW Marriott Desert Springs in a registration list to audit rooms for the event housing block and flag for inclusion in the group block for on-site room deliveries.  

By registering for InfoNext 2024, you grant ARMA International explicit permission to include your email address in a list provided to attendees, exhibitors, and business partners participating in the event. If you’d like to opt out, please email Conference@armaintl.org.  

By registering for InfoNext 2024, you grant full permission to ARMA International to use and distribute any images, videos, and audio of you captured at our event for the purposes of event documentation, media coverage, or future promotion. Photographs and videos may be published on ARMA International’s website, social media accounts, or in other digital and print publications. If you’d like to opt out, please email Conference@armaintl.org.  

Your name, phone number and email address may be included in pre and post conference attendee lists that can be used by exhibitors/business partners affiliated with InfoNext 2024 for promotional purposes. If you wish to have your information removed, please contact Conference@armaintl.org.

ARMA International does not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment. In response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, ARMA International reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the event without refund and the right to prohibit attendance at any future event. 

Examples of Unacceptable Behavior:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination. 
  • Physical or verbal abuse. 
  • Inappropriate verbal comments related to gender, age, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, race, religion, or national origin. 
  • Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations. 
  • Harassing, threatening, or stalking. 
  • Unwanted touching, unwanted remarks of a sexual nature, unwelcome comments about someone’s body or personal appearance, and unwelcome attention. 
If you experience harassment or notice that someone else is being harassed, contact either Nathan Hughes, at nate.hughes@armaintl.org, or Tricia Smith, at tricia.smith@armaintl.org, so that we may investigate and take appropriate action. 

Responsible Drinking
At ARMA International events, including receptions, where both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served, attendees and staff who choose to drink alcoholic beverages are expected to drink responsibly. ARMA International and convention, hotel, or venue event staff have the right to deny service to attendees for any reason and may require an attendee to leave the event. 

Personal Safety and Security
ARMA International is committed to providing a safe and secure environment at its events by working with venue staff to make sure everyone is safe. We ask that attendees report any questionable or concerning activity to ARMA International or convention, hotel, or venue event staff. 
  • Be aware of your surroundings at all times. 
  • Do not wear earbuds. 
  • Use the buddy system when walking to and from event venues, including networking event locations during early or late hours. 
  • Don’t wear your meeting badge on the street. Take it off as soon as you leave the building/venue. 
  • Don’t carry a lot of cash or credit cards. Leave in your hotel room safe. 
  • Don’t leave personal property unattended anywhere, anytime. 
 ARMA International reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, refuse entrance to the conference and/or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive and/or is not consistent with the character and purpose of the event. All InfoNext 2024 badges are the property of ARMA International and must be returned upon request. 

At this time ARMA is not requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or a negative test result to attend an ARMA in-person meeting or event. Mask-wearing at ARMA meetings and events is optional.

ARMA expects attendees to take responsibility themselves and to not attend in-person meetings and events if feeling sick or have tested positive for COVID-19. ARMA's Meetings & Events Entry Policy is subject to change based on COVID-19 community levels and any updated guidance from federal or state officials in localities hosting an ARMA in-person meetings or events. The dress code for conference is business casual. Consider dressing in layers because the meeting rooms can be chilly.
