Register Your Team
Please be sure to register those individuals who will be attending the conference using the Exhibitor Service Center.
Select the Exhibit Staff Registration from the navigation menu on the left (it can also be accessed through the service center drop down at the top of the page).

Exhibits Set-Up and Break-Down
Unlike most conference convention floors, preparing for the InfoNEXT Conference is straight forward. You do not have to order electricity, internet, carpeting, chairs, tables, or trash cans – we have taken care of all that for you. You simply need to bring (or ship) items that you would like to display on your 6-foot table which typically includes things like your branded tablecloth, literature, goodies to hand out, 2-3 pull-up screens, a tabletop monitor etc. (vs. the larger display set-ups used in a large convention center).  

The room where we host all the tabletops is referred to at the InfoNEXT Conference as The Point - a place for all to gather and relax for all our meals (breakfast and lunches), receptions, and breaks.  The Point is located on the same floor as all our general and breakout sessions for easy access for the attendees.

Set-Up – Begins any time after registration at 1:00 pm on Sunday, April 7th. Please have your table complete by 6:00 pm to ensure your attendance at the Welcome Party that evening. All are encouraged to participate in this event - it is your first opportunity to start meeting attendees.

Break-Down – Break-down can begin on Wednesday, April 10 at 11:15 am (immediately following the morning break).  

For those sponsors who have a private meeting room: 
If you want to rent furniture (like couches, portable walls, coffee tables, etc.), we are happy to connect with you a third-party vendor.  Outside furniture rental would be your cost.

Lead Retrieval App
The InfoNEXT Conference uses eConnect by eShow as its Lead Gen Service. This is an additional app that will allow a smartphone/device to act as your lead scanner.
Each device that should have lead capture capabilities does require a license/download of the app.
The first download is $275, each additional is $125, eShow also offers bundle deals if more than 2 are required.
This deal is good for advance purchase through March 15.
