The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is the official Headquarter hotel for the APTA 2025 TRANSform Conference, September 14 - 17, 2025. The group rate at the Omni is $389, single/double in the Patron Tower and $369, single/double in the Artist Tower, per night. Rates exclude taxes of 16.45% per night and $1.08 tax per night.
All conference sessions and the Products and Services Showcase will be held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center located across the street from the Omni.

Your reservation must be received by the housing office by August 19, 2025. After this date reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Please note that rooms may sell out prior to August 19, so early reservations are recommended.
