Member, Non-Member, Federal Government, University Faculty Conference Registration: includes access to the General Sessions, Educational Sessions, Welcome Reception, EXPO, and APTA Honors Breakfast & Cermony.

Student Member - Full Conference: includes access to the General Session, Educational Session, Welcome Reception (not including alchohol), EXPO, and APTA Honors Breakfast & Cermony. You must be an APTA student member to qualify.

Student Member - Sessions Only: includes access to the General Session, Educational Session, EXPO, and APTA Honors Cermony. You must be an APTA student member to qualify.

Media: inculdes access to General Sessions, Education Sessions, EXPO, and the Media Room. Press are required to provide valid credentials for admittance. Only qualified media receive a complimentary badge. Register here.

Guest/Spouse: includes access to Welcome Reception, APTA Honors Breakfast, and EXPO.

EXPO Only:  includes access to the Products and Services Showcase (no sessions)

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card Wire option. To receive an invoice, select "check" or "wire" as payment options to automatically generate an invoice. To use a credit from a previous APTA meeting, please contact Kwakuita Spence for a discount code.

Cancelation and Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancelation fee if a request is received via email by September 8th. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

It has come to our attention that companies have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to APTA’s attendee lists. APTA DOES NOT SELL its attendee lists to any vendors or other third parties. Anyone attempting to sell you this information should be considered fraudulent. APTA strongly recommends that all conference registrants disregard such emails.
