The health and well-being of APTA’s members, attendees and guests are of the utmost importance. As such, APTA has instituted a mandatory vaccination or negative COVID-19 test policy for the 2022 TRANSform Conference. Face coverings are optional but strongly encouraged.
Attendees may present a physical copy or picture of their vaccination card or negative rapid antigen or PCR test. Attendees may also utilize any passport/wallet type system for presenting proof of vaccination or a negative test (rapid antigen or PCR).
Attendees may also utilize CLEAR. APTA is partnering with CLEAR to verify vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test. Below, please follow the instructions on downloading CLEAR Health Pass and starting the verification process. Please feel free to email Quione Rice at APTA with any questions.
International Attendees: Please email Quione Rice at APTA for alternatives to CLEAR.

With CLEAR, you are always in control of your information.
