The official APTA hotel for 2026 APTAtech is the St. Louis Union Station Hotel. APTA has reserved a block of rooms at the cost of $229 per night (run of house), excluding taxes.
All meeting sessions and events will be held at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel.

Your reservation must be received by the hotel before July 13, 2026. After this date, all rooms will be released and reservations will be accepted on a space and rate-available basis. Please note that rooms may sell out prior to July 13, so early bookings are recommended.
