What's included in registration?
Registration includes access to the general sessions, educational session, welcome reception, meal functions and the Products and Services Showcase. Please note speaker and student registrations do not include access to the welcome reception and meal functions.
Cancellation Policy
Attendees may cancel their registration and receive a refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee, if notice of cancellation is submitted by email to Marcus Eng no later than July 17. All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend conference events.
Guests
Registered attendees have the option of adding a guest to their registration for a fee of $200. The guest fee allows access to only the Welcome Reception and the Products and Services Showcase.
Payment
APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card Wire option. To receive an invoice, select "balance due" or "wire" as payment options to automatically generate an invoice. To use a credit from a previous APTA meeting, please contact Marcus Eng for a discount code.

Meet Safely
The health and safety of all APTA meeting participants remains our top priority. We will continue to follow guidance of The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state and local requirements to meet safely. At this time, APTA will no longer require proof of vaccination status or a negative test result to attend an in person meeting or event. Mask-wearing is encouraged but will be optional.
