Official APTA Hotel

The cut-off date to reserve rooms in the APTA group room block as passed but you may check directly with the Kimpton for guest room availability on their website.

The official APTA hotel for the 2025 Transit CEOs Seminar is the Kimpton Santo Hotel. APTA has reserved a block of rooms at the cost of $319 per night (single or double). Rooms are taxable at 18.62% per room night.

All workshop activities and sessions will be held at the Kimpton Santo Hotel.

APTA Room Block Cut-Off Date Your reservation must be received by the hotel before February 27.  After this date, all rooms will be released and reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Please note that rooms may sell out prior to February 27, so early bookings are recommended.
