Sponsorship Opportunities

APTA Sustainability/Operations Planning and Scheduling Workshop offers sponsorship opportunities to separate your brand from the competition, showcase your innovations, and engage with public transportation decision-makers.

• Sponsorships are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Sponsors must be members in good standing with APTA at the time of contract and throughout the APTA membership year.
• Sponsorship requests will be reviewed and approved by APTA.

Tabletop Display

Captivate an engaged audience of decision makers and connect with customers and prospects through a tabletop display! Your display includes a 2’ x 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket. APTA will assign location. Please let us know if you prefer to avoid placement near any particular companies by emailing APTA Meetings. Please note: This is not a tradeshow, but an opportunity to advertise your company’s function and services while attending the workshop.

You can register your tabletop display on the registration form, and must be an APTA member in order to purchase. Registrations received after the deadline of June 11, 2025 will be charged a $100 late fee, provided space is still available, so early bookings are reccomended.

NOTE: FRAUDULENT ATTENDEE LIST PROVIDERS

It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to attendee lists. APTA does not sell its attendee lists, so any vendors attempting to sell you this information should be considered fraudulent.
