Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be received by email by July 11, 2025. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date. Refunds will be processed 30-45 days after the workshop, and a 20% processing fee will be deducted. You can transfer your registration to another person from the same company/agency without penalty by logging into the Registration Service Center using the credentials provided in your confirmation email.

 

Payment

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by Credit Card, Wire Transfer, or Credit Voucher.
